WCSU Sets Summer Events Schedule

JUNE 1 & 2 ART AT IVES JURIED FINE ART AND CRAFTS SHOW: The nonprofit Friends of the Ives will present the fourth annual Art at Ives, Juried Fine Art & Crafts Show from 1 to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday at Ives Concert Park on the WCSU Westside campus, 43 Lake Ave. Extension in Danbury. This two-day event will feature a wide variety of high-quality original works and a diverse scope of art forms representing every major category. JUNE 15 CLEP TESTING: The WCSU Testing Center will host a College Level Examination Program (CLEP) test at 9 a.m. in the Computer Lab (Room 117) in the Classroom Building on the university’s Westside campus, 43 Lake Ave. Extension in Danbury. THESIS EXHIBITION: The Master of Fine Arts Thesis Exhibition, featuring works by 2019 graduates from the WCSU Master of Fine Arts painting and illustration program, will be on display from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday on the fourth floor of the Blue Mountain Gallery, 530 W. 25th St. in New York City.
