$15 Million Darien Estate Owned By LA Dodgers Co-Owner Remains On The Market

DARIEN, CT — A large estate owned by Los Angeles Dodgers co-owner Todd Boehly is for sale in Darien at $15 million. The home, which was built in 1937, is located at 865 Hollow Tree Ridge Road and listed by Ashley Dineen, Compass Connecticut, LLC.
There are five bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, and the house is 10,197 square feet, according to the listing on Zillow.
"The main house blends timeless elegance with modern design, while the field house delivers a one-of-a-kind recreational and entertaining experience, featuring an indoor batting cage, two-lane bowling alley, resistance pool, and stylish lounge spaces," the Zillow listing says in part.

Zillow records show the home was last sold for $1.74 million in 2005.
The home was listed for sale in September 2024 for $19 million, and there have been several changes in the asking price over the last year or so.

Darien property records list Boehly as the owner.
Boehly is the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Eldridge Industries, and chairman of Eldridge, an asset management and insurance holding company headquartered in Miami, according to his LinkedIn profile.
He is also part of Guggenheim Baseball Management, a consortium that owns the Dodgers. LinkedIn notes that before founding Eldridge Industries, Boehly was president of Guggenheim Partners and founded the credit business at Guggenheim.
In addition to the Dodgers, Boehly is also chairman and owner of Chelsea Football Club, and an owner of the Los Angeles Lakers, the Los Angeles Sparks of the WNBA, and Cloud9, an e-sports organization.
Forbes lists Boehly's net worth at $9.3 billion as of April 6, and notes Eldridge has "grown into a diverse conglomerate with investments ranging from Bruce Springsteen's song rights to daily fantasy and sports-betting firm DraftKings."
