2 New Teams Join Latest Weekly Connecticut Field Hockey Rankings

The top two teams from last week remained intact, but the other eight positions in the top 10 changed hands, with two new entries joining.

CONNECTICUT — Darien was unanimously selected by a panel of coaches as the top high school field hockey program in Connecticut in the latest weekly balloting.

The Blue Wave received all eight first-place votes to easily outdistance runner-up Wilton. Positions 3 through 10 all changed hands from last week, however, with two new entries making the top 10.

Here are the top 10, with last week's ranking in parentheses, as well as all other teams collecting votes.
