2 Teen Cases Of Vaping-Related Illnesses Reported In Darien: DHD
"Parents need to be aware of the dangers of vaping," Darien Health Department officials said.
DARIEN, CT — Two cases of Darien teenagers suffering from vaping-related illnesses have been reported in town, according to Darien Health Department officials.
Details of the incidents - and the exact dates - were not disclosed, but in a post on the department's Twitter page, officials said the illnesses are respiratory in nature.
"Parents need to be aware of the dangers of vaping," officials wrote, and added the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention message recommending that people avoid using vaping, e-cigarette or products that contain THC.
