21 Darien HS Seniors Named National Merit Commended Students

The students are among approximately 34,000 Commended Students recognized nationwide for their exceptional academic achievement.

DARIEN, CT — Twenty-one Darien High School seniors have been named as "Commended Students" in the 2024 National Merit Scholarship program.

The students are among approximately 34,000 Commended Students recognized nationwide for their exceptional academic achievement. Their high scores place them among the top 50,000 of over 1.5 million students who took the 2022 PSAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.

DHS Ellen Dunn and Director of Counseling Cathy Oster presented these scholastically talented seniors with a letter of commendation in recognition of their outstanding academic promise.
