$4,800 Bowl Reported Stolen From Darien Home: Police
The theft was reported to police on Sunday, Sept. 3.

DARIEN, CT — A bowl, which a homeowner told police is valued at $4,830, was reportedly stolen from a residence on Dubois Street, according to authorities.
The theft was reported on Sunday, Sept. 3, and is believed to have occurred recently while renovation work was being done to the home.
"The homeowner told officers that no one else had been in her home during the time that the bowl was taken, and that contractors had been at her home while she was at work," wrote Darien police in a statement.
