67 New COVID-19 Cases Reported Within Darien Public Schools

DARIEN, CT — According to the latest update from Darien Public Schools, there have been 67 new COVID-19 cases reported over the last week from May 10-16.

Middlesex Middle School reported 21 new cases, followed by Darien High School with 13. Hindley Elementary recorded nine, as did Holmes School and Tokeneke School. Royle School had three new cases, Ox Ridge School had two, and Central Services recorded one.

Since the school year began on Aug. 30, 2021, there have been 1,432 total COVID-19 cases in the district.
