Alleged 'Inappropriate Contact' Case Investigated By Darien PD
The incident allegedly involved "an adult male and a juvenile female."
DARIEN, CT — Darien police are investigating a report of "inappropriate contact between an adult male and a juvenile female" that allegedly occurred at Darien High School on July 11, according to authorities.
The incident allegedly occurred at about 2:30 p.m., but details were not available.
"At this time, the investigation is in its initial stages so we are unable to release information in regards to the specifics of what occurred," wrote Darien police in a statement. "We can confirm that the suspect in this case [is] neither a Darien Board of Education nor a Town of Darien employee."

Police officials stressed that the suspect "will no longer be at any Darien Public Schools, so there is no ongoing risk to any children" at Darien educational facilities.
"Given the sensitive nature of these types of investigations and the involvement of a juvenile, no
further information will be released at this time."
