DARIEN, CT — The Darien Police Department has issued an advisory on the student-organized game known as "Senior Assassin 2026," which is set to begin April 25.

"This activity involves participants using water guns to 'eliminate' assigned targets over a series of weeks," police said in a social media post. "While intended as a game, we want to remind the community that this type of activity can create safety concerns and public alarm if not conducted responsibly."

Police provided the following safety reminders:

"Our priority is the safety of all residents. If you observe suspicious or concerning activity, please contact the Darien Police Department," police said. "Stay safe, Darien."
