Luxury Car Stolen From Darien: Police

DARIEN, CT — A luxury car was stolen from Darien last week and later recovered, according to police.

Officers responded to a home on Long Neck Point Road on May 27 at approximately 3:46 p.m. on a report of a stolen 2024 Bentley Continental, police said, noting the car was left unlocked with the keys inside.

The car was recovered on May 28 in Wallingford.

A 2024 Bentley Continental typically retails for roughly $250,000 to nearly $400,000, depending on the specific model and features.

Darien police have routinely reminded residents to lock their cars and take their keys with them to prevent car thefts.
