DARIEN, CT — Darien Parks & Recreation has announced its 2026 Summer Sunset Series, a lineup of seasonal community events featuring concerts, fireworks, food trucks and an end-of-summer luau.
The series begins June 26 with a concert at Pear Tree Point Beach from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event will include food trucks and live music by the Russ Davis Band.
Darien’s annual fireworks celebration is scheduled for July 10 at Darien High School. Gates will open at 6:30 p.m. at Norton Avenue, with food trucks, live music and a fireworks show planned for the evening. A rain date has been set for July 11.
The series continues Aug. 7 with a concert at Tilley Pond Park. Gates will open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., with a performance by The Spadtastics.
The final event, the annual End of Summer Luau, is scheduled for Aug. 21 at Weed Beach. Gates will open from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Darien Parks & Recreation also announced that sponsorship opportunities are available for the series.
