DARIEN, CT — Darien saw 32 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Residential landlords led the way with six filings, followed by management consultants and software and IT firms.
Virginia Bluebell was one of the more distinctive filings — a farm — joined by CT Harriers, a recreation business and LS Studio, an interior design business. All but two organized as limited liability companies; the exceptions were two corporations.
A registry filing is a legal step, not a grand opening, so some of these ventures are already operating while others are still getting started. The full list, with addresses and business categories, is below.
