Here Are The Most Recent Property Sales In Darien

DARIEN, CT — From a $4 million home on Birch Road to an 1815 house on Noroton Avenue with 910 square feet, Darien's recent sales all topped $850,000.

There were five homes sold in Darien between Sept. 30 and Oct. 9, 2026, with a top price of $4 million, according to Zillow.com.

• 32 Birch Road sold Oct. 9 for $4 million. The four-bedroom, five-bath home was built in 1938 and has 4,695 square feet on 0.77 acres.
• 14 Edgerton St. sold Oct. 9 for $2,806,250. The four-bedroom, four-bath home was built in 2001 and has 3,104 square feet on 0.22 acres.
• 18 Phillips Lane sold Oct. 8 for $3,525,000. The five-bedroom, four-bath home was built in 1941 and has 4,567 square feet on 0.54 acres.
• 115 Tokeneke Road sold Oct. 1 for $1.88 million. The four-bedroom, three-bath home was built in 1982 and has 2,408 square feet on 0.81 acres.
• 64 Noroton Ave. sold Sept. 30 for $865,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1815 and has 910 square feet on 0.19 acres.

Prices ran from $865,000 at 64 Noroton Ave. to $4 million at 32 Birch Road. All five were single-family homes. Per-square-foot prices ranged from about $772 at 18 Phillips Lane to about $951 at 64 Noroton Ave. The oldest, at 64 Noroton Ave., dates to 1815; the newest, at 14 Edgerton St., was built in 2001.
