DARIEN, CT — The Darien Nature Center is bringing back its "Festival of Wreaths" and inviting artists, crafters, businesses and community members to create and donate holiday wreaths.
The wreaths will be displayed at the Nature Center and auctioned in December, with proceeds supporting its nature education programs throughout the year.
Finished wreaths are due to the Nature Center by Nov. 23. They will be on display and open for bidding from Nov. 23 through Dec. 3.
A Festival of Wreaths reception and final bidding will be held Dec. 3. Bidding will end at the close of the reception, when the wreaths will go home with the winning bidders.
