Cesco's Trattoria becomes a 2 Star Certified Green Restaurant
The First Restaurant in Darien to Become Certified
Cesco's Trattoria was recently certified as a 2 Star Certified Green Restaurant by the Green Restaurant Association (GRA), a national nonprofit organization helping restaurants to become more environmentally sustainable. Receiving 120.57 GreenPoints on the GRA's rigorous certification scale and having implemented 49 steps, Cesco's Trattoria has gone 17% above and beyone the minimum requirements necessary for Certification.
