Arrests Made After Protective Order Violated in Darien: PD

One man was arrested and that led to an argument among family members and more arrests after a fight, police said.

DARIEN, CT- A Darien man was arrested after he violated a protective order and family members were arrested after a fight ensued over contacting police, police said.

Dominick Guglielmo, 62, was arrested after he went to a Lynn Court address May 20 despite him not being allowed under a protective order, police said. He said he was in search of his medication.

Police had previously warned him after the order was issued that he wasn't to step foot on the property, according to police. He was charged with violation of a protective order and was held on a $10,000 bond for the felony charge.

Three others who live in the house were arrested the next day after an argument over contacting police turned physical.

A man was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Two women were charged with disorderly conduct.
