Connecticut Weather Forecast: Big Changes In 7-Day Outlook

There are some big changes in Connecticut's upcoming weather forecast. Here are the latest details from the National Weather Service.

There are some big weather changes in the seven-day weather forecast for Connecticut. Northern sections of the state are under a Frost Advisory for early Tuesday as low temperatures could dip into the 30s tonight, and in southern Connecticut temps will drop into the low 40s.

It will continue to be chilly until Thursday, which is when temps rebound into the 70s for daytime highs and low temps rise into the 50s at night. The weekend weather forecast also looks great with plenty of sunshine and temps in the low 70s. Once again, there is no rain in the seven-day forecast either.

WTNH News 8 Meteorologist Gil Simmons wrote,"It will be very cool this afternoon with highs only in the 50s. Plan on some scattered frost tonight into early tomorrow with lots of 30s. Tomorrow looks great with sunshine but only in the 50s! 70 Warmth coming back Wednesday and even warmer through the end of the week! Dry weather looks to hold from late today through the next 7 to 8 days! We need rain! I hope you have a wonderful week and I’ll see you from the studio Wednesday!"
