Big Weather Changes For Connecticut: Here’s The Weekend Forecast
The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for part of the state. Here's the updated weekend weather forecast.

On Thursday in Connecticut, the heat index approached 100 degrees, and some strong thunderstorms moved through the state. On Friday, the temps will struggle to hit 70 degrees. For those of you with outdoor weekend plans, Sunday is looking like a perfect weather day, while Saturday is looking better later in the day as there could be some morning rain showers and cloudy skies before the sun breaks through in the afternoon.
The weather on Friday isn’t looking great as we’ll see off-and-on showers and isolated thunderstorms during the day and this evening.
The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for southern Connecticut today, saying, “There is a low chance for localized flash flooding. The main threat will be this morning, and then again from late this afternoon into this evening.”
