Home Watch is a service that performs visual inspections of a home or business, looking for obvious issues while the owner is away for extended periods of time. Home Watch Management will make the property owner aware of any issues on a prompt basis and follow the client’s instructions regarding a resolution.

Home Watch Management, LLC is owned and operated by Randy Blosio and Paul Vodola. Randy is a senior business executive. Paul is a Lieutenant with the Greenwich Fire Department and a contractor. In their respective roles, both have developed a sense for attention to detail and problem solving. Living in the service area their entire lives, both have owned and renovated multiple homes of their own and have watched homes for seniors and absentee owners.
