HUGE model train layout-Two Saturdays AFTER Thanksgiving!
A holiday tradition! The Stamford Model Railroad Club’s annual Holiday Exhibit will be the two Saturdays after Thanksgiving: November 28th and December 5th. Hours: 1-5pm and 7-9pm. (Closed 5-7pm) The 87-year-old club’s 150’ x 50’ O-Scale operating model train layout is one of the largest on the East Coast. Highly detailed passenger and freight trains run through equally detailed city and countryside; as always the colorful Circus and Holiday trains are crowd favorites! The club is located in the basement of St. John’s Episcopal Church, 628 Main St., Stamford, CT (exit 8 off I-95); entrance is on Grove Street. Admission is $5-Adults, Children-$4, Under 5 are free.
