Catalytic Converter Theft Reported In Darien: Police
The theft occurred from a driveway on Norton Avenue last week, according to police.
DARIEN, CT — A catalytic converter was stolen from a car on Norton Avenue in Darien last week, police said.
According to a news release from the Darien Police Department, a man said he parked his car in his driveway on April 26 at 7:30 a.m.

The following evening around 6:30 p.m. when the man went to start his car, he heard a loud sound that he recognized to be the catalytic converter missing.
The man said he looked under his car and saw the catalytic converter was gone, police said.
