Darien Announces Successful Launch Of New Website
The new and improved town of Darien website was officially launched on Sept. 26.

DARIEN, CT — The town of Darien has announced a successful launch of its new and improved website, which went live on Sept. 26.
Darien partnered with CivicPlus, a provider of integrated technology solutions exclusively for local governments, to launch a new, mobile-responsive, highly functional civic website.

CivicPlus’ content management system allows Darien residents to interact more easily with the town government through the user-friendly platform. Residents can register for Notify Me to receive automatic updates from town boards, committees and commissions.
SeeClickFix is the new service request platform with a mobile app download through the Apple Store, plus advanced accessibility features that meet the most current ADA compliance standards.

"I’m excited. I think it will improve service to our residents," said Town Administrator Kate Buch in a news release. "I think it will improve service to our residents. The website is now ADA-compliant, which was an important thing for us to make happen. With Notify Me as part of the website, residents can choose to be notified of events, meetings and more.
See Click Fix – the town's new resident service request software - is part of this change, too. Residents can put the app on their phone and report conditions around town.
