Darien Boa Constrictor Adopted

The 5-foot-long snake was adopted by someone with snake expertise.

DARIEN, CT- A 5-foot-long Boa Constrictor that was found in Darien has been adopted by a Norwalk woman with snake expertise.

The snake was found on Lakeside Drive and was taken to the Darien Nature Center for temporary housing, according to the Darien Times.

It is believed the snake was someone's pet and may have been abandoned after it got too big.
