Darien Boy Scouts Seeking Donations for Giant Tag Sale

The 46th Annual Darien Boy Scouts Giant Tag Sale is scheduled for Sunday, May 6th from 8:30am to 4pm at the Andrew Shaw Memorial Scout Cabin (140 West Avenue) and we need your donations! Start your Spring cleaning now and let our Scouts help you reduce, reuse, and recycle your clutter! We eagerly seek: Art & antiques, collectibles, jewelry, instruments, foreign currency, indoor and outdoor furniture, lawnmowers, lawn and garden tools, hand tools, woodworking tools, construction tools, snow blowers, electronics, stereo equipment, turntables, speakers, computers (Pentium IIIs & newer), flat screen TVs, cell phones, CDs, DVDs, records, housewares, lamps and linens, rugs, dishes & decorative items, sporting goods, baby/children's items, books, games and toys, bikes, trikes & scooters, holiday items and knick knacks.

You can drop off donations at the Scout Cabin at 140 West Avenue from 9am -1pm on Saturday April 14 and Wednesdays - Saturdays April 18-21 & 25-28. Extra evening drop off hours are available Thursdays and Fridays April 19, 20, 26 & 27 from 6-8 pm. Local pickups are available on Saturdays April 21 & 28 for items too large to fit in your car. Pickup availability is limited so schedule a pickup soon. All donations are tax deductible and greatly appreciated.
