Darien Business Sells Big Powerball Winner: CT Lottery

DARIEN, CT — A business in Darien recently sold a big Powerball winner, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The convenience store at the I-95 south rest stop at Exit 9-10 sold a $50,000 ticket. The winner was an anonymous resident from Rockaway, N.J.

Powerball is a multi-state game. The minimum jackpot is $20 million. Jackpot increases for each game are determined based on sales in the current environment.
