Darien Continues Domination In CT Boys Lacrosse Poll

DARIEN, CT — This is a recording ... Darien High School was a unanimous selection as the top team in Connecticut in the most recent weekly boys lacrosse poll ... this is a recording.

The Blue Wave (16-0) were the top pick on all 12 ballots cast.

In fact, there were no changes to the top seven teams from the May 9 poll, though South Windsor (15-0) moved into the top 10 in the latest rankings.

4. Greenwich (12-4)
5. Ridgefield (13-3)
6. Fairfield Prep (13-3)
7. Staples (11-5)

Also receiving votes: Somers (15-1), North Haven (13-2), Cheshire (12-4), Newtown (9-7), Simsbury (9-6).
