Darien DUI Arrest Made on St. Patrick's Day
The operator was caught after making a wrong turn onto a one-way street, police said.

DARIEN, CT — Police arrested a New Haven made on St. Patrick's Day for DUI after a traffic stop.
Operator Jorge Herrera-Vasquez exited I-95 southbound and took a wrong way left turn onto the Post Road at exit 13, police said.
He then re-entered I-95 and was stopped by police around 1:50 a.m.

He failed field sobriety tests and his blood-alcohol level was .1701 and .1686, police said. Both are more than twice the legal limit.
Herrera-Vasquez was charged with DUI and operating under a suspended license.
