- Realized one of the highest collection rates in the state.
- Set up online payment portal to enable taxpayers to pay their tax and sewer bills online.
- Successfully negotiated lower convenience fees.
- Co-ordinated the interface between the tax software and the general ledger.
- Co-ordinated mail merge programming to reduce postage expense.
- Worked with leasing companies to send bills electronically to reduce printing and postage and processing time.
