• Realized one of the highest collection rates in the state.
• Set up online payment portal to enable taxpayers to pay their tax and sewer bills online.
• Successfully negotiated lower convenience fees.
• Co-ordinated the interface between the tax software and the general ledger.
• Co-ordinated mail merge programming to reduce postage expense.
• Worked with leasing companies to send bills electronically to reduce printing and postage and processing time.
