DARIEN, CT — Darien's Fourth of July fireworks display will now take place on Saturday, July 15, following a postponement on Friday due to inclement weather.
Gates will open at Darien High School at 6:30 p.m., with fireworks beginning at approximately 9 p.m., according to the town.
The Darien Police Department said on Facebook that parking at Darien High School is by prepaid parking pass only, and the event is sold out.

Those with parking passes can only access DHS via Noroton Avenue. The entrance won't open until 6:30 p.m., police said. Those walking to the event can access the DHS campus at all three entrances.
