Darien First Selectman Jayme Stevenson won’t face off against a Democrat challenger this election cycle.
It will be Stevenson’s second election in a row where she won’t face a candidate from the opposite party, according to the Darien Times.
Selectman Reilly Tierney and Kip Hall won’t seek reelection. Marc Thorne and Robert Richards were chosen by the 21 Democrats at the caucus to run instead.
