Darien Football Wins Second Straight Title

DARIEN, CT—The Blue Wave beat Ridgefield 28-7 in the Class LL championship Saturday.

The wins marks the team's 25th in a row and two years of back-to-back perfect seasons, according to the Connecticut Post.

Head Coach Rob Trifone said that there is no one superstar on the team and that a number of great players makes the team strong.

Darien's defense had eight sacks.
