“We are very proud to recognize these outstanding members of our student body. National Honor Society members are chosen for and then expected to continue their exemplary contributions to the school and community,” said Keith Keeler, chapter adviser.
The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation’s premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students.
More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. These characteristics have been associated with membership in the organization since its beginning in 1921.

(The website won’t accept the whole photo because it’s too large and, perhaps, too wide. For anyone submitting photos: Horizontal is better than vertical, but not this vertical — the shape of a wide TV screen is about right.)
