Darien Home Burglary Under Investigation: Police

DARIEN, CT — Police said they are investigating a home burglary that occurred in Darien last week.

On Jan. 11, Darien police officers were called to a home on Blueberry Lane on a report of a burglary, according to a crime update from police.

A man told police he was away from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and discovered open closets and items scattered throughout the living room when he came home, police said, noting that the rear sliding glass door was shattered.

It's unclear if anything was reported missing from the home.
