Darien LWV Schedules 'Candidates Night'

Eight candidates running for Board of Selectmen in Darien will air their views at the Darien League of Women Voters “Candidates Night” Oct. 20.

According to an article in the Darien Times, the league organized the event, which begins at 7 p.m., so that the public could get to know the people running for office and have the opportunity to ask them questions.

For the Board of Selectmen, there are five open positions with eight candidates vying for them.
