Darien Man Charged with DUI After Speeding: PD
The man drove quickly over speed humps in the road, police said.
DARIEN, CT — A 60-year-old local man was charged with DUI after he drove 45 mph in a 25 mph zone while hitting speed humps in the road, police said.
An officer on Old Kings Highway South pulled over a 2016 BMW x3 Jan. 20 around 1:20 a.m. The vehicle quickly sped over speed humps and at one point the rear of the car was in the air, police said.
Russell Warm admitted to drinking before driving and failed field sobriety tests, police said. He refused to take a breath test.

He was charged with DUI and traveling unreasonably fast.
