Darien Office Building Sells For $1.95 Million
The investment sale was brokered by Colliers International.

DARIEN, CT — An office building on Old Kings Highway South in Darien recently sold for $1.95 million, according to Colliers International, the company that brokered the deal.
BRC Lincoln Square, a Stamford-based regional investment group, bought the 6,000-square-foot property at 24 Old Kings Highway South from R&B Management LLC, and Colliers' Robert Miller and Tim Johnson represented both.
The office building is currently fully leased and home to medical and professional tenants, providing strong and stable cash flow for BRC, according to Colliers.

"Professional office buildings with medical tenants offer owners stable cash flow, which makes them in perennially high demand," said Miller, Colliers' senior managing director, in a statement. "Coupled with the building's 100 percent occupancy and excellent Downtown Darien location, this transaction was a win-win for both buyer and seller."
The property is in the heart of downtown Darien and offers easy access to the Darien Metro North train station, I-95, a wide variety of premier dining options, Tilley Park and more.
