Darien Officer Helps Conduct Book Drive
Officer Louis Moura and Holmes Elementary are teaming up to collect books for a Bridgeport school.
Darien Police Officer Louis Moura has partnered with Holmes School Elementary School to do a book drive that will benefit Cesar Batalla School in Bridgeport.
Moura is a former Bridgeport Police officer and current School Liaison Officer to Holmes School.
He has coordinated this effort with Holmes School Librarian and Student Council Advisor Dyan Gonzales, who initiated the effort under the direction of the Student Council.
