Darien P&Z: 90-Foot Buildings Too Tall for Downtown
Commissioners weren't comfortable with a 90-foot max height rule.
DARIEN, CT—Planning and Zoning Commissioners said they are only willing to allow maximum roof heights in the downtown area up to 70 feet, 20 feet short from a previous proposal.
That equates to six stories, according to the Darienite.
No votes were taken at the meeting.
