Darien P&Z Increases Max Building Height in Noroton District
The business district in Noroton will be allowed to have taller buildings.
DARIEN, CT—Planning and Zoning raised the maximum building height to 45 feet and apartment sizes to 1,500 square feet in the Noroton Heights business district.
Developers in the area proposed mixed-use buildings that offer stores on the ground level and apartments above, according to the Darienite.
The previous maximum building height was 30 feet.
