DARIEN, CT — Police issued a misdemeanor summons to an 18-year-old Darien man after a drinking party occurred at his Dickinson Road home, according to police.
Police responded Dec. 2 after a neighbor reported an underage drinking party, according to the Darien News.

The 18-year-old told police that unwanted guests brought alcohol that was found in the basement and garage, police said.
He was charged with failure to halt possession of alcohol by minors.
