Darien Police Make DUI Arrest After Man Flees Accident Scene: PD
The man told officers he didn't see any damage and decided to leave, police said.
DARIEN, CT—A man was arrested after he struck a parked vehicle and fled the scene, according ot police.
The incident happened Oct. 9 on Centre Street, according to the Darien Times. The victim followed the man to a Rowayton Avenue parking lot where police met them.
Samuel Meek, 61, of Norwalk said he noticed he hit the other vehicle, but didn't see any damage, police said. He failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.
