Darien Police Stops Lead to Arrests, Infraction

Two people had active arrest warrants, according to police.

DARIEN, CT — Police arrested two people and served an infraction to another following unrelated motor vehicle stops in town.

Kristine Marie, 37, of Fairfield was stopped on April 13 on Old King's Highway North near Parklands Drive. She had an active failure to appear warrant out of Norwalk. Police took her into custody, police said. She was also charged with operating without a license or insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Kenneth Jackson, 38, of Bridgeport was stopped on the Post Road April 12 for driving with a front license plate, according to police. He an an active arrest warrant out of Bridgeport for violation of probation. Police also found several marijuana blunts in the vehicle and he was issued an infraction, police said.

Police stopped a suspicious vehicle April 10 in the area of Mansfield Avenue and Royle Road, according to police. The Stamford operator was ticketed for possession of marijuana.
