Darien Resident Scares Burglar Away: PD
The man yelled at the burglar after he spotted him in his wife's vehicle.
DARIEN, CT — A Darien resident managed to scare a burglar out of his garage after he went to investigate noises, police said.
The man heard sounds at night on Feb. 21 at his Pleasant Street home and went to check out the garage, according to the Darien Times. He found a man rifling through his wife's vehicle.
He took $50 and an EZpass.
