The Darien Republican Town Committee decided it will support Jayme Stevenson for the first selectman race, but left out an incumbent selectman.
Incumbent Susan Marks was left off the ballot, according to the Darien Times. She announced she would be a petitioning candiate and that she looked forward to being nominated by having all Darien Republicans vote.
Kip Koons and Spencer Mcllmurray were selected as other selectmen candidates.
