Come Join Darien Run Club, We're Starting April 7
Dynamic Athletics is proud to bring Darien Run Club to town! These runs are a way to bring the community while improving fitness levels.
Runs will take place Tuesday nights starting April 7. DRC will leave Dynamic Athletics, located in the Goodwives Shopping Plaza,6:45pm. Everyone is encouraged to arrive at 6:30 to warm up and go over run routes for the week.
Each week there will be a 5k run route. Starting in May there will also be options for longer distance routes. Athletes can choose whichever route they want that night!
Darien Run Club is open to ALL. People are encouraged to bring friends and family to any and all runs!
