The Blue Wave dropped to 4-5 following a 48-35 loss to the Rams on Tuesday.
Kelly Karczewski scored nine points and Kate Bushell added eight for Darien, which has now dropped three of its last four games.
The Blue Wave hopes to take out some frustrations on a struggling Greenwich team (1-9), which is mired in a nine-game losing streak.
The Cardinals almost snapped the losing streak on Tuesday, but suffered a 40-38 overtime setback to McMahon.
The Darien boys are coming off a 60-56 victory over its archrivals. Liam Naughton scored 18 points and George Phillips added 14 for the Blue Wave, who improved to 2-6 to match last season's entire win total.
But now they host the FCIAC's most surprising team as Greenwich improved to 7-1 with a 72-53 rout of McMahon on Tuesday.
All season long, Greenwich has made the most of its height advantage as the Cardinals feature 6-foot-10 center Sean Kroon and 6-foot-5 forward Greg Donlic, who scored 23 points in the win over McMahon.
