Notre Dame-West Haven (10-2) is third in the poll, followed by Hamden (7-3) and Glastonbury (7-2) to complete the top five.
South Windsor (8-2) is sixth, followed by West Haven (6-3), Xavier (6-4-2), East Haven (8-1-2) and Darien (7-3).

The Blue Wave extended their winning streak to six games with an 8-0 victory over Staples-Weston-Shelton on Wednesday night. Brendan Hathaway scored twice for Darien, which has allowed only four goals during the streak.
Tommy Watters, Hathaway and Trent Bergin scored in the first period to give the Blue Wave a 3-0 lead.
In the second period, Connor Davis scored and Hathaway added his second to make it 5-0.Hank Glick, Dana Wensberg and Nick Bruno tacked on goals to complete the rout.
Hunt Bartram had a quiet night in goal for Darien, needing to make only 10 saves to record the shutout.

Michael Sullivan, an assistant principal at Darien since 2009, has been named the school's new director of athletics, the Connecticut Post reported Wednesday.
Sullivan replaces John Keleher, who served as Darien's AD for the past 10 years.
Sullivan previously served at Darien a math teacher and lacrosse coach. His official title with be Director of Physical Education, Health & Athletics for the Darien Public Schools.
Sullivan is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University.

The FCIAC Eastern Division indoor track and field championships takes place Friday at Wilton's Zeoli Field House.
Participating teams are St. Joseph, Wilton, Trinity Catholic Darien, New Canaan, Fairfield Warde and Bassick.
The Central and Western Division championships are set for Saturday at Wilton and Staples, respectively.
