Darien Shake Shack Building Sold

DARIEN, CT — The owner of the building that now houses Shake Shack has sold the building to a New York City-based company.

The property was sold for more than $4.45 million, according to the Darienite.

Baywater Properties retains an interest in the company PKP 1340 BPR LLC that bought the property.

Baywater paid slightly over $2 million for the property in 2015.
