Darien Shake Shack Opening Date Set

DARIEN, CT — The town's new Shake Shack location on the Post Road will open Monday at 11 a.m.

The Darien location will have an exclusive Darien Cookie Dough frozen custard treat made with SoNo Baking Company ginger chocolate chip cookie dough, according to the Darienite. There will also be Pie Oh My, which is vanilla frozen custard and slice of SoNo Baking Company seasonal pie.

Five percent of Pie Oh My sales will go to the nonprofit Hole in the Wall Gang.
