Darien Siblings Charged After Dispute: PD
A dispute got out of hand and police charged a Darien brother and sister.
DARIEN, CT—A brother and sister on Allen O'Neill Drive were charged after a dispute got out of hand, according to police.
The brother, 19, took a phone charger without permission and the sister, 21, yelled at him Oct. 25, according to the Darienite.
The brother then heard a loud sound and found that his portable speaker hit the ground. The sister claimed she hadn't thrown it and she mistakenly tripped over a wire, police said.
He then tipped over a desk onto the floor and broke a lamp bulb and other objects.Both were charged with disorderly conduct. She was issued a summons and the brother was arrested due to a failure to appear in court on other charges
